Job Description

We are a modern, patient-centered endodontic specialty practice in Overland Park focused on delivering exceptional clinical care and an outstanding patient experience. Our office is fast-paced, highly organized, and built on teamwork, positivity, and professionalism. We value excellence, efficiency, and a strong culture. We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Dental Assistant who takes pride in clinical excellence and creating a calm, reassuring experience for patients undergoing root canal treatment. Cross-trained for front-desk administrative work is highly desirable! Responsibilities Assist the doctor during endodontic procedures (root canal therapy, retreatments, surgical procedures) Prepare and sterilize instruments and operatories according to OSHA and infection control protocols Acquiring digital radiographs and CBCT scans Maintain accurate clinical notes and assist with documentation Ensure patient comfort before, during, and after treatment Maintain an organized, efficient clinical flow Support team members and contribute to a positive work culture Occasional help with scheduling patients and checking patient in/out Qualifications 1 year Dental assisting experience required (endodontic experience preferred but not required) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills Professional appearance and positive attitude Cross-trained with other front desk duties is a plus What We Offer Competitive hourly compensation (based on experience) Paid time off Paid holidays 401(k) Healthcare reimbursement costs Our ideal candidate is calm under pressure, highly organized, and take pride in precision.
