This is Not a Typical Dental Office We are pediatric and orthodontic practice that cares for children of all abilities, including those with special needs. The right attitude mattes more than your resume What makes this Role Meaningful You'll help children feel safe in a pace they may fear You'll learn how to work with special needs patients ( autism, sensory needs, anxiety) You'll be part of a team that values compassion as much as clinical skill. This is a role where what you do truly matters every day. What You'll Do Assist chairside in pediatric and orthodontic procedures. Learn behavior guidance techniques for children. Take digital X-rays ( we will train if needed) Turn over rooms efficiently Support a smooth, organized clinical flow Help create a positive experience for both children and parents What You'll Learn ( We Train You) Pediatric Dental Assisting Orthodontic assisting basics Working with children with special healthcare needs Communication skills that go beyond dentistry This is a great long-term career path•not just a job.
