Job Description

Elizabeth Blake Orthodontics is an orthodontic office in Hopkinton, MA 01748. We are fun, rewarding, and patient-centric office. Our goal is to create beautiful smiles in a patient-oriented, team-focused atmosphere. We are a newly expanded, "state-of-the-art" office looking for an additional team member! Orthodontic Dental Assistant (1-year minimum ortho experience)
PAY BASED ON EXPERIENCE
Preference/salary given to candidates with experience in the following:
  • Assisting in banding, debanding procedures, placing/removing arch wires
  • Ability to take x-rays, an iTero scan, make Essix retainers, place separators, delivery and instruction of appliances, IO AND EO photos
  • Experience needed with Invisalign attachment placement and instructions to patients
  • Experience making Essix retainers
  • We are paperless office (Dolphin Management) and documentation is important.
Responsibilities Assist the orthodontist during procedures by preparing the treatment area and managing instruments. Utilize 3D scanners and X-ray equipment to capture accurate patient data. Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care. Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations. Collaborate with dental team members to provide high-quality patient care and support. Manage appointment scheduling and assist with administrative tasks as needed. Hours needed are Monday, Tuesday and Thursday 7:45 AM to 5:15 PM and Friday 12 PM-5 PM Pay will be based on experience, and will include: Paid holidays, Paid vacation, health insurance, and 401K, plus safe harbor match on 401K.
