Job Description

Job Overview We are a high-quality, patient-focused dental practice seeking an energetic, organized, and welcoming Dental Receptionist / Assistant (hybrid if interested) to join our growing team. As the first point of contact for our patients, you will set the tone for exceptional care and service. If you thrive in a collaborative environment, possess excellent communication skills, and take pride in running a smooth front desk, we would love to speak with you! Duties Greet patients warmly and manage the patient check-in/check-out process using patient management software Schedule appointments efficiently while coordinating with the dental team to optimize daily workflow Verify insurance coverage and process payments accurately, ensuring compliance with HIPAA and clinical confidentiality policies Maintain organized patient records and ensure accurate entry into practice software. Present treatment plans and assist patients with payment options/financial arrangements.
Experience:
NO EXPERIENCE
REQUIRED, but 1+ year of dental office or medical front desk experience preferred (Will train the right candidate with strong customer service background!). Priority will be given to someone who is adaptable, team-oriented, punctual, and comfortable shifting between clinical and administrative
Tass Pay:
$17.00 - $22.00 per hour
