Lead Dental Assistant•State Street Modern Dentistry Are you an energetic, reliable, and patient-focused Dental Assistant looking for an exciting opportunity to help build a brand-new dental practice from the ground up? We're opening a modern, state-of-the-art office in Saline and are searching for a dedicated team member who's eager to grow with us. As a Dental Assistant, you'll play a vital role in creating a welcoming and positive atmosphere, one that ensures patients feel cared for, comfortable, and excited to return. Our doctor has a calm and quiet demeanor, so we're looking for someone who can bring warmth, energy, and a friendly touch to every patient interaction.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures Lead and support back-office daily operations to ensure efficiency and flow Train, coach, and mentor dental assistants on clinical protocols and best practices Ensure compliance with OSHA, infection control, and safety standards Oversee operatory setup/breakdown and instrument sterilization Take and review diagnostic X-rays as needed Manage clinical supply inventory and ordering within budget guidelines Support schedule flow to maximize productivity and minimize downtime Provide patient education and ensure a high-quality patient experience

PM Qualifications:
