We're a patient-focused office with a supportive doctor, a great team environment, and opportunities to grow. Clinical and Technical Skills Infection control and sterilization protocols for instruments and rooms. Chairside assisting to hand tools and help dentists during treatments. Manual dexterity for working carefully in tight spaces. Removable Prosthesis Competence in taking impressions and placing softliners in dentures and partials Knowledge of dental materials for fillings, crowns, and molds. Software Skills and Personal Qualities Good communication to talk clearly with patients and staff. Empathy and a calm manner to help nervous patients. Organization to keep treatment rooms ready and records precise. Reliability and a strong work ethic in a fast-paced setting.
Education and Certification:
High school diploma or GED as a basic starting point. Dental assisting program completion (certificate or associate degree). Radiography certification to safely take and process X-rays. CPR certification (Basic Life Support) for medical emergencies.
