Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a reliable, dedicated and somewhat experienced Orthodontic Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate is bilingual and flexible to be at the front desk and in the clinic assisting the doctor as needed. We are a small, privately owned, clinic with great growth potential. Hours Mondays and Wednesdays 9am-6pm Duties Assist orthodontist as needed Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment following infection control protocols Take orthodontic records Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and treatment care Schedule and manage patient flow within the clinic Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations to protect patient confidentiality Utilize orthodontic and ICat CBCT software systems Demonstrate knowledge of aseptic techniques to prevent infection during procedures Collaborate with all members of the team to ensure a seamless patient experience Skills Proficiency in orthodontic assisting is preferred Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail Excellent interpersonal skills for effective communication with patients and team members A commitment to continuous learning and professional development within the dental field Pay rate varies according to experience.
