This energetic position combines front office responsibilities with clinical assisting duties, offering a rewarding opportunity to grow within a fast-paced, patient-centered environment. This position is perfect for motivated individuals eager to develop their skills in both administrative responsibilities and clinical supports. Responsibilities
  • Greet and check in/out patients with a friendly attitude.
  • Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and respond to patient inquiries.
  • Verify insurance information and collect payments.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and assist with administrative tasks.
  • Coordinate with the clinical team to ensure an efficient patient flow.
  • Manage medical documentation and maintain accurate medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations
  • Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments.
  • Assist the dentist during pediatric and orthodontic procedures.
  • Take digital X-rays (NJ X-ray license preferred)
  • Provide chairside assistance and patient education.
  • Maintain infection control and OSHA standards.
  • Stock and organize clinical supplies. Skills
  • Dental office experience preferred.
  • Front desk and/or dental assisting experience required.
  • NJ Dental Radiology (X-ray) License preferred.
  • Excellent communication and multitasking skills.
  • Positive attitude, team player, and strong work ethic.
  • Comfortable working with children and families.
  • Bilingual (Spanish or Korean) is a plus.
