Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Dental Assistant Trainee to join our dynamic dental team. As a Dental Assistant Trainee, you will work closely with a highly skilled team to develop essential skills in clinical assisting, patient management, and state of the art dental technology. This paid position is ideal for individuals looking to pursue a career in dentistry and eager to learn the fundamentals of dental assisting within a supportive team. Responsibilities Assist licensed dentists during various dental procedures, including general dentistry, oral surgery, endodontics, and implants. Prepare treatment rooms by sterilizing and organizing dental instruments and equipment according to infection prevention management protocols. Take x-rays and 3D scans using advanced imaging technology while adhering to dental sterilization procedures and aseptic techniques. Provide excellent patient care by explaining procedures, ensuring comfort, and maintaining clinical confidentiality policies throughout visits. Support the dental team with chairside assisting tasks, including passing instruments, managing dental instruments processing, and supporting four-handed dentistry practices. Maintain a clean and organized clinical environment following infection control standards aligned with healthcare infection prevention and control expertise.
