Pediatric Dental Assistant•Cedarhurst, NY Smiles Off Central Pediatric Dentistry is a modern, state-of-the-art pediatric dental practice in Cedarhurst, NY , and we're looking for an enthusiastic Dental Assistant to join our growing team! If you love working with children, enjoy being part of a fun, supportive team, and take pride in providing excellent patient care, we'd love to meet you.

Position Details Location:

Cedarhurst, NY Starting Schedule:

Thursdays, 9:30 AM•6:00 PM (beginning at the end of August)

Additional Hours:

Beginning in mid-October , Fridays 9:00 AM•2:00 PM and Sundays 9:00 AM•2:00 PM As our practice continues to grow, additional days and hours will become available . Compensation Starting at $23.00 per hour Pay increases as you grow with our practice based on performance, experience, and commitment. Qualifications We are looking for someone who: Loves working with children and helping create positive dental experiences. Has pediatric dental assisting experience . Is experienced taking digital dental X-rays using phosphor plates on pediatric patients. Is comfortable assisting with a wide variety of pediatric dental procedures. Has experience with instrument sterilization and maintaining OSHA-compliant infection control standards. Is a dependable team player who is always willing to help wherever needed. Has excellent communication skills and enjoys interacting with both children and parents. Experience with OpenDental is a plus.
