Seeking a dynamic team member to join our amazing specialty team in Hauppauge! Successful candidates for this role must open to both back office clinical responsibilities, as well as some front office administrative duties.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Welcoming patients with a smile, making them feel comfortable and confident throughout their visit. Assist the Dentist through a variety of procedures and managing lab case/deliveries Taking digital radiographs and intra-oral scans as prescribed Ensure strict infection control by meticulously preparing and sterilizing instruments and equipment. Adhere to OSHA and safety policies, prioritizing a secure and healthy environment. Answering phones promptly and responding to messages Managing scheduled•scheduling and confirming appointments. Entering new patient records and updating ledgers with precision (Denticon) Perform various office tasks as necessary
QUALIFICATIONS
Prior dental assisting experience required. Must have experience with digital radiography, CBCT, intraoral scanning (iTero, Trios, etc.) and lab case management. Any certification/license as required by the state to perform specified duties. A resume showcasing a consistent and stable employment history. Strong interpersonal communication skills, delivering exceptional patient experiences.

Salary Range:
