Position Overview We are seeking an energetic, highly motivated, and experienced Dental Assistant to join our dedicated team. Key Responsibilities Clinical Assisting:
Provide active four-handed dentistry assisting across comprehensive general and restorative procedures.
Digital Dentistry Workflow:
Execute digital impressions (iTero experience a plus) and assist with modern clinical technology.
Patient Engagement:
Warmly welcome patients, explain treatment steps clearly, and ensure a comfortable, relaxing experience from start to finish.
Operatory Prep & Sterilization:
Manage room setup, breakdown, instrument sterilization, and strict OSHA/infection control compliance.
Treatment Room Logistics:
Anticipate doctor needs, manage clinical inventory, and keep operatories running smoothly on schedule.
Qualifications & Requirements Experience:
Minimum 2+ years of active dental assisting experience required.
Tech Savvy:
Familiarity with practice management software (e.g., Open Dental) and digital intraoral scanning/imaging systems.
Personality:

$26.36 - $31.74 per hour
