A licensed Dental Assistant (RDA/CDA preferred) with at least 1 year of experience. Calm, confident, and composed. A natural communicator who helps patients feel at ease. Coachable, dependable, and ready to learn new systems and workflows. Comfortable with digital dentistry and open to new technology. You care about doing excellent work and being part of a strong team.What You'll Be Doing:
Assisting the doctor chairside with a variety of procedures Helping set the tone for a positive, professional patient experience Preparing and turning over rooms with precision Supporting clinical operations, inventory, sterilization, and ordering Helping shape and refine systems and protocols as the practice grows Jumping in wherever needed as things come togetherWhy This Role:
You won't be joining an established practice — you'll be helping launch one, in a space built with genuine craftsmanship: custom millwork, real stone and brass finishes, and state-of-the-art digital dentistry. Modern, elevated, and hospitality-driven.Growth Opportunities:
