Hourly We are seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable Dental Assistant to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will provide excellent patient care, support the dentist and clinical team, and help ensure a smooth and welcoming experience for every patient.

Responsibilities:

Prepare treatment rooms and dental instruments. Assist the dentist during examinations and procedures. Welcome and support patients throughout their appointments. Take and develop dental X-rays, as permitted by applicable regulations. Maintain accurate patient records and treatment notes. Sterilize instruments and follow infection-control procedures. Provide patients with post-treatment instructions. Help manage supplies, equipment, and operatory readiness. Support scheduling, patient communication, and other front-office tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

Previous dental assisting experience preferred but not required. Dental assisting certification or relevant training preferred. Current CPR/BLS certification, or willingness to obtain it. Knowledge of dental terminology and infection-control standards. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities. Professional, compassionate, and patient-focused approach. Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
