Job Description

4-day work week. No weekends. Dentist at Plum Creek is a technology-forward, owner-led practice hiring one RDA who wants to do real dentistry, including implants, endo, Invisalign, CBCT, and iTero, without the corporate grind.

REQUIREMENTS

Active Texas RDA registration Current CPR/BLS Available Tuesday-Friday, 8 AM-5 PM Prefer bilingual in Spanish Strong belief in accountability and a no-gossip culture Reliable attendance and strong work ethic One year of previous dental assisting experience required Experience with iTero is a plus Ideal candidate has at least 1-2 years of experience Employment is contingent upon successfully passing a background check. Attitude matters more than years. We hire for values first and train the rest.

Pay:
