Header Overview Join our dynamic dental team as a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA), where your expertise will directly enhance patient care and streamline clinical operations. Duties Assist dentists during a variety of dental procedures including oral surgery, endodontics, prosthodontics, and pediatric dentistry with precision and care. Prepare treatment rooms by sterilizing and organizing dental instruments following infection prevention management and aseptic techniques. Take and develop dental x-rays using advanced medical imaging equipment such as 3D scanners and dental x-ray machines while maintaining clinical confidentiality policies. Manage patient records accurately using patient management software using OpenDental Monitor vital signs and assess patient comfort before, during, and after treatments to promote optimal care. Process dental instruments efficiently to support four-handed dentistry practices that enhance workflow and reduce procedure time. Educate patients on oral health care routines, post-treatment instructions, and preventive measures tailored to pediatric and adult patients. Qualifications Valid certification as a Registered Dental Assistant with current licensing requirements fulfilled. Fluent in Spanish and English Proficiency in dental terminology, medical terminology, and anatomy knowledge relevant to oral health.
