POSITION - LEAD ASSISTANT WITH
dynamic leadership skills, surgery experience, digital scanning. About Us - Stubbs Dental is a unique dental group. While we do practice general dentistry, we also focus on highly skilled procedures such as the All-on-4® dental implant procedure. Because of that, our assistants are an essential component of our practice! We have been in business since 2014. Everyone in our company strives to maintain a set of core values, namely: Compassion Team Integrity Grateful Mindset A Day in the Life - When you work for Stubbs Dental you can expect a fast-paced office We begin huddle at 8:40 M-Th (7:30 on "Fun Fridays"). At the daily huddle, the entire team will discuss KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and strategize how to resolve any obstacles we may face during the day. You will lead your team of assistants to assist our dentists and surgeons with efficiency. You will be in charge of ordering supplies and keeping up on the KPIs for the lead dental assistant. You will do 1:1 with your team to help ensure individual needs are being met. You will learn all procedures via our training website, our back office guide, and special one-on-one instruction from the clinical operations director. Some days you will be asked to assist in the All on 4 surgeries (full arch implants). As you near the end of the work day, you will make sure all treatment planning is completed and that we are ready for the day tomorrow. We plan to wrap up the day by 5:30 on Monday-Thursday and on Friday we like to be done by 3:00. Of course this is the dental world and sometimes that varies just a bit! What Winning Looks Like We support you in winning by performance reviews, check-ins, training in back office work flow through the lead assistant, and other training guides. You are able to increase your skill set based on our predetermined tiers of dental assistants. Our office meets their break even point and we receive a BONUS on top of our hourly rate.
