We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Dental Assistant who is eager to expand their clinical skill set and be part of a collaborative, forward-thinking practice.
Position Overview:
As a Dental Assistant at Rosy Dental, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional patient experience while supporting a wide range of clinical procedures. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is experienced, driven, adaptable, and excited to work with modern dental technology.
Schedule & Compensation:
Part-time, flexible schedule (Fridays-Saturdays with select Sundays) Weekly pay
Key Responsibilities:
Assist providers chairside during a variety of restorative dental procedures, including a main focus on implant procedures Take intraoral scans via DEXIS and iCam Assist in printing dentures on the SprintRay Pro 3D printer Prepare and break down operatories efficiently Ensure strict adherence to infection control and sterilization protocols Take diagnostic images and assist with digital workflows Support a smooth and elevated patient experience from start to finish Maintain accurate and thorough clinical documentation Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient daily operations
Advanced Training & Clinical Development:
We provide hands-on paid training in advanced dental technologies to support your growth, including CT imaging, photogrammetry, iCam photography, digital intraoral scanning, and 3D printing.
Requirements:
Active Washington State Dental Assistant Registration Current BLS/CPR certification Experience assisting with dental implant procedures Strong understanding of infection control protocols Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Detail-oriented, reliable, and team-focused Patient first
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with digital dentistry and modern workflows (DEXIS, iCam and SprintRay) Familiarity with dental software Surgical assisting experience (implants, extractions, full-arch cases) •We are willing to train the right candidate in these areas.
