Sterile Technician Position Overview:

We are seeking a reliable, motivated, and detail-oriented individual to join our dental team as a Part-Time Entry-Level Dental Assistant / Sterile Technician. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow in the dental field. Training will be provided for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

Sterilize and maintain dental instruments and equipment according to safety protocols Prepare treatment rooms before and after patient visits Assist the dental team with basic chairside duties as needed Maintain cleanliness and organization of clinical areas Stock supplies and monitor inventory levels Follow infection control and OSHA guidelines at all times

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent Valid Washington State Dental Assistant License (required) Current CPR certification (required) Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Positive attitude and willingness to learn Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Good communication and teamwork skills Reliability and punctuality are essential Preferred (but not required): Previous dental or healthcare experience Interest in continuing a career in dental assisting
