Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) with 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience to join our dynamic dental team. Duties Assist dentists during a variety of treatment procedures, including general dentistry, endodontics, oral surgery Prepare treatment rooms by sterilizing and organizing dental instruments and equipment according to infection prevention protocols Take and develop dental X-rays using advanced digital imaging systems such Dexis, Dentrix. Operate dental equipment including 3D scanners (itero), dental x-ray machines, CBCT and other clinical tools with precision and safety Valid RDA license with 3 to 5 years of clinical experience in a fast-paced dental environment Proficiency in Dentrix; experience with patient management software is preferred Expertise in dental sterilization procedures, infection prevention management, and healthcare infection control practices Skilled in chairside assisting for general dentistry as well as specialized areas like endodontics, orthodontics. $28.00 - $32.00 per hour Expected hours: 33.0 - 36.0 per week
