Take and develop dental X-rays and 3D scans while maintaining accuracy and adhering to radiation safety standards. Manage patient records efficiently using EMR (Electronic Medical Records) systems such as Dentrix, Eaglesoft, or Epic; ensure all documentation complies with HIPAA and clinical confidentiality policies. Provide exemplary patient care by taking vital signs, explaining procedures clearly, and addressing patient questions with empathy. Handle front desk duties including greeting patients, scheduling appointments via patient management software, verifying insurance information, and managing medical documentation. Support clinical staff with four-handed dentistry techniques and dental instrument processing to optimize workflow and enhance patient comfort. Requirements Proven experience in a dental clinic environment with knowledge of dental terminology, equipment, and sterilization procedures. Proficiency in dental software such as Dentrix, Eaglesoft, or Epic for scheduling and medical records management. Strong understanding of infection control practices including healthcare infection prevention and control expertise. Ability to perform X-ray procedures safely while adhering to all safety standards; experience with dental x-ray equipment is preferred. Knowledge of pediatric dentistry practices and experience working with children is a plus. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients of all ages and backgrounds; compassionate patient management skills are essential.
