Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Hygienist or Supragingival Scaler/Dental Assistant to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, performing dental cleanings, and assisting the dental team in delivering exceptional services. This role requires a strong commitment to infection control and patient education, ensuring that our patients receive the best possible care. Responsibilities Conduct thorough dental cleanings and examinations for patients. Perform medical imaging procedures as needed to assist in diagnosis. Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and the importance of regular dental visits. Maintain accurate patient records. Implement and adhere to infection control protocols to ensure a safe environment. Provide support in general dentistry tasks, including medical coding when necessary. Collaborate with the dental team to enhance patient care and clinic efficiency. Skills Proficiency in radiology. Knowledge of general dentistry practices and principles. Competence in using dental software systems for patient management. Strong understanding of infection control measures within a dental setting. Excellent communication skills with a focus on patient care and education.
