Job Description

We're looking for an experienced Registered Dental Hygienist who wants to provide excellent patient care without feeling rushed, overloaded, or unsupported. Part time or Full time hours available. At Idlewild Family Dentistry , we've intentionally built our hygiene department around giving our hygienists the time, tools, and support they need to do their best work. ✨ What makes our hygiene department different? 1-hour recare appointments 1 hour per full quadrant of SRP New patients age 25+ are scheduled with the doctor , helping protect your hygiene schedule Dedicated hygiene sterilization assistant ReLeaf system available to improve comfort and efficiency No instrument sharpening — instruments are maintained for you and replaced as needed Opportunity to earn bonus and commission in addition to regular pay A supportive team environment where hygiene is treated as an important part of comprehensive patient care — not an assembly line We want our hygienists to have enough time to educate patients, provide quality periodontal care, build relationships, and leave work feeling good about the dentistry they provided. Dental hygiene experience is preferred. If you're looking for a practice where your time, skills, and clinical judgment are respected, we'd love to meet you.
Pay:
$40.00 - $55.00 per hour
