Responsibilities:

Remove hard and soft deposits from teeth and examine oral areas, head, and neck for signs of oral disease Educate patients on oral hygiene, health, disease as well as procedures and services Take and develop X-rays, Provide preventative care by applying fluoride or sealants Stay on schedule to minimize patient wait time and help manage patient flow Verify patient health history and document appropriately in patient's chart Maintain patient confidentiality through HIPAA compliance Maintain accurate and notes in patient's chart regarding evaluations and treatment plan Exhibit outstanding customer service to create a welcoming and warm environment for patients

Qualifications:

Current Dental Hygienist License in NC Minimum of 4 years experience Excellent communication skills to educate patients on oral hygiene techniques Proficient in Dentrix or willingness to learn Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills CPR/BLS Certificate We have a team that gets along very well.
