We work Monday, Tuesday, Thursday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm and Friday 8:00 am to 3:00 pm. We are looking for a full time hygienist to join the part time one we love. Duties Perform thorough dental cleanings, including scaling and polishing to remove plaque and tartar buildup Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including medical history review, and oral examinations Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices, preventive care, and post-treatment instructions Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays), ensuring accurate imaging for diagnosis Maintain accurate and detailed medical records within the electronic health record (EHR) system Eaglesoft Follow infection prevention protocols, including aseptic techniques and sterilization of dental equipment to ensure patient safety Collaborate with the dental team to develop personalized treatment plans based on patient needs Requirements Valid licensure as a Registered Dental Hygienist in accordance with state regulations Proven experience working in general dentistry or pediatric dentistry environments Proficiency with EHR systems like Eaglesoft or Dentrix for documentation review and medical records management Strong knowledge of dental terminology, anatomy, and dental coding standards Expertise in infection control practices aligned with healthcare regulations / OSHA standards Ability to perform dental x-rays accurately while maintaining patient comfort and safety Excellent communication skills for client education and team collaboration Familiarity with dental equipment operation, medical imaging, and electronic health records management We would love to provide you with the opportunity to let your skills and talents shine.
