Dental HygienistEastside Children's Dentistry — Chagrin Falls, Ohio Eastside Children's Dentistry is looking for a caring, energetic, and team-oriented Dental Hygienist or Certified Coronal Polisher to join our pediatric dental practice! We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys working with children and wants to help make their dental experience positive, comfortable, and fun. Our ideal hygienist is friendly, patient, dependable, and comfortable working with children of all ages. What You'll Do Provide thorough and gentle dental hygiene care to pediatric patients Perform dental cleanings, fluoride treatments, sealants, and other hygiene procedures within your scope of practice Take dental radiographs as appropriate Provide age-appropriate oral hygiene and nutrition education to children and parents Help children feel comfortable and confident during their dental visits Maintain accurate and timely patient records Follow all OSHA, infection-control, and office safety protocols Work closely with the dentist and dental assistants as part of a team Help create a positive, welcoming, and fun environment for our patients Maintain a clean, organized, and child-friendly treatment area What We're Looking For Current Ohio Dental Hygienist license Strong communication and interpersonal skills A warm, positive attitude and a genuine love for working with children Ability to work well with patients and coworkers Dependable, organized, and professional Comfortable working in a fast-paced pediatric dental environment Previous pediatric dental experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate Benefits Paid Time Off (PTO) 401(k) Uniform Allowance Supportive and friendly team environment Opportunity to work in a fun pediatric dental setting Why Join Eastside Children's Dentistry?
