This position plays a vital role in maintaining the highest standards of patient care, infection control, and laboratory efficiency within a modern, fast-paced orthodontic environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, a commitment to cleanliness and safety protocols, and the ability to support both clinical and laboratory functions with precision and consistency.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform thorough cleaning, sterilization, and preparation of orthodontic instruments and equipment in accordance with OSHA and CDC guidelines Maintain sterilization logs, ensure compliance standards, and monitor inventory of supplies Assist with orthodontic lab duties including pouring models, trimming, retainer fabrication, and appliance adjustments Prepare and organize trays for clinical procedures Support the clinical team by ensuring all operatories are fully stocked and ready for patient care Maintain a clean, orderly, and efficient sterilization and lab area

Qualifications:

Previous experience in dental or orthodontic sterilization and/or lab work preferred Knowledge of infection control protocols and sterilization procedures Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented with a professional demeanor

7:30 AM•4:00 PM (San Rafael)

Thursday:

9:00 AM•4:00 PM or 8:00 AM•4:00 PM (San Rafael; alternating weekly)

Friday:

9:00 AM•2:00 PM (Petaluma)

Pay Range:
