Job Description
Implant & Removable Dental Technician On-site • Virginia Beach, VA • Full-time Join our nationally recognized, full-service dental laboratory in the beautiful Virginia Beach area. This is a high-quality, low-volume department where craftsmanship comes first - and we're looking for a versatile implant and removable technician who's equally strong in analog and digital techniques. Our lab runs a true blend of analog and digital workflows. Our implant department works fluidly across both, and we're looking for someone who can bring that same dual capability to our removable work - to help strengthen and grow our digital removable design alongside our proven analog capabilities. If you're a technician who moves comfortably between the bench and the screen, this role is built for you. What you'll work on Precision attachments, locator overdentures, bar partials, MK-1 bars, treatment partials, and hybrids. What we're looking for Proven experience as an implant and removable technician Genuine command of both analog and digital techniques — this is a dual-skillset role, not one or the other Strong digital design ability, especially applied to removable casework Someone who can organize and lead a department, cross-train teammates, and communicate clearly Confidence answering technical and design questions, with a customer-service mindset What we offer $115,000-$125,000 for the right person Full benefits Additional monthly bonuses for a well-run department This is not a remote position.
