This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start a career in dentistry—no prior dental work experience required but dental assistant school training required. Training will be provided. Duties Clean, disinfect, and sterilize dental instruments according to OSHA and CDC guidelines Maintain sterilization logs and documentation Prepare and organize instrument trays for procedures Stock and maintain treatment rooms with necessary supplies Assist with operatory turnover between patients Monitor sterilization equipment to ensure proper function Maintain a clean and organized sterilization area Qualifications Strong attention to detail and organization Ability to follow safety and infection-control procedures Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented Willingness to learn and take direction High school diploma or equivalent preferred
