Job Overview We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Dental Ceramist to join our dynamic dental team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality dental prostheses, including crowns, bridges, veneers, and full arch restorations, using advanced laboratory techniques and digital design tools. Your expertise will ensure that each prosthetic is precisely fabricated to meet the unique needs of our patients, enhancing their oral health and confidence. Duties Fabricate custom dental prostheses such as crowns, bridges, veneers, dentures, and implant-supported restorations with precision and attention to detail Utilize digital design software (CAD) for creating accurate 3D models of prosthetic components Operate CAM software and other laboratory equipment to produce high-quality restorations efficiently Finish dental prostheses by applying ceramics, polishing, staining, and glazing techniques to achieve optimal aesthetics and function Collaborate with dentists and laboratory technicians to interpret clinical instructions and ensure proper fit and occlusion Maintain strict infection control protocols and aseptic techniques during all fabrication processes Document all procedures accurately in medical records and adhere to HIPAA regulations for patient confidentiality Requirements Proven experience in dental laboratory techniques, including ceramic work, removable prosthodontics, and full arch dental restoration Strong knowledge of dental anatomy, occlusion principles, and implantology procedures Proficiency in digital design for dental prosthetics using CAD software; experience with CAM software is highly desirable Familiarity with laboratory equipment such as micrometers, articulators, and finishing tools Ability to interpret medical terminology, dental terminology, and detailed clinical instructions Experience with medical imaging techniques relevant to prosthetic fabrication is a plus Knowledge of infection control standards and aseptic procedures in a dental lab setting Excellent attention to detail combined with strong manual dexterity for precise craftsmanship Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced environment Join us as a Dental Ceramist where your craftsmanship transforms smiles!
