About the Role We're looking for a Dental Laboratory Technician to join our removable department. This is a hands-on bench position covering the full denture workflow, custom trays, bite rims, mountings, processing, and investing. If you've spent a year or more in a removable lab and want steady work with a team that takes pride in its craftsmanship, we'd like to hear from you. What You'll Do Fabricate custom impression trays from preliminary models Build bite rims and record bases to case specifications Mount cases on articulators, including facebow and centric relation mountings Invest, process, and deboil complete and partial dentures Deflask, finish, and polish processed cases to a high standard Pour, trim, and prep models; duplicate models as needed Follow doctor prescriptions closely and flag anything that looks off before it moves down the line Keep cases moving on schedule and maintain a clean, organized bench What We're Looking For 1-3 years of hands-on experience in a dental laboratory, removable department preferred Working knowledge of denture processing, investing, and flasking Comfortable reading and following a dental prescription (Rx) Steady hands, good eye for detail, and the patience to get the small things right Able to manage multiple cases and hit daily turnaround deadlines Dependable attendance — the schedule depends on everyone showing up Nice to Have CDT certification or eligibility Experience with partial framework setup or repairs Familiarity with digital denture workflows Formal dental technology training Compensation & Benefits $16.5 - $25.00 per hour, based on experience and skill level [Health insurance / dental / vision Paid time off and holidays 401k plan Consistent full-time hours, Monday-Friday On-the-job training and opportunity to cross-train into other departments Physical Requirements Extended periods of seated bench work, fine motor tasks, and occasional lifting up to 25 lbs. Work involves exposure to dental materials, plaster, and lab equipment; PPE is provided.
