Northcutt Dental is a family-owned dental practice that has served the Alabama Gulf Coast for more than 30 years , with four locations across Mobile and Baldwin Counties . Founded in the resort community of Fairhope, our practice offers the best of both worlds: small-town hospitality and coastal charm with the conveniences and opportunities of the greater Mobile area. With one of our associates relocating back to his home state of Louisiana, we're looking to welcome a motivated dentist into a busy, well-established patient base with strong long-term growth potential.
Compensation & Benefits Compensation:
31-33% of collections (tiered structure)
Earning Potential:
Up to $450,000+ annually, based on commission
Monthly Guarantee:
$12,000 per month for the first 6 months
Sign-On Bonus:
$15,000 with a one-year agreement (includes relocation assistance)
