We are a fully digital practice focused on comprehensive patient care, quality dentistry, and creating an exceptional patient experience. What You'll Do Provide comprehensive general dental care Diagnose and present treatment in a clear, patient-friendly manner Build long-term relationships with your patients Perform restorative, crown and bridge, and other general dentistry procedures Develop comprehensive treatment plans based on each patient's individual needs Collaborate with the hygiene and clinical team to provide coordinated patient care Maintain thorough clinical documentation Provide a high level of clinical care while maintaining excellent patient communication Participate in continuing education and ongoing clinical development Contribute to a positive, collaborative practice culture What We're Looking For DMD or DDS from an accredited dental school Current Arizona dental license Strong clinical and communication skills Patient-focused approach to dentistry Ability to diagnose confidently and communicate treatment recommendations effectively Someone who takes pride in quality dentistry Reliable, professional, and team-oriented Comfortable working in a modern, fully digital environment A growth mindset and willingness to continue learning Previous private-practice experience preferred, but we're open to the right dentist Compensation & Benefits 30% of Adjusted Production 90-day minimum daily guarantee: For the first 90 days of employment, the Associate will receive a minimum daily guarantee of $650 per clinical day worked, or 30% of Adjusted Production, whichever is greater. After the first 90 days, compensation will be 30% of Adjusted Production.
