Job Description
Role Overview:
An Associate Dentist provides high-quality dental care to a diverse patient base, primarily children and young adults, in a supportive, team-oriented environment. Responsibilities include delivering clinical services, participating in team meetings and community activities, and fostering positive patient experiences. The role involves using advanced tools such as digital x-ray and dental software, adhering to OSHA and HIPAA standards, and collaborating with hygienists and assistants to ensure efficient patient flow.Qualifications & Skills:
Candidates must hold a DDS/DMD from an accredited program, possess a valid dental license, and certifications like CPR and DEA. Additional certifications such as Nitrous Oxide are preferred. The ideal candidate demonstrates compassion, a commitment to patient care, and teamwork skills.Key Duties:
Provide comprehensive dental services to patients Participate in team huddles, planning, and community outreach Utilize dental technology and maintain compliance with safety protocols Collaborate with staff to ensure smooth office operationsAdditional Information:
