You will be supported by a rotating team of assistants, ensuring you always have help chairside.

Compensation Structure:

Daily Base:

$800-$900/day to start (flexible depending on experience).

Compensation Model:

Begin on a daily base, then transition to percentage of production after an initial period.

Insurance & Payor Mix:

Majority Medi-Cal (state insurance). Some PPO accepted. No HMO. Schedule. Open to

Full-Time or Part-Time:

Full-Time:

Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:30 PM.

Part-Time:

Flexible, ideally Monday-Tuesday or Thursday-Friday (same hours).

Clinical Scope:

The doctor will focus on pediatric general dentistry. The following procedures are referred out. Implants. Periodontics. Oral Surgery. Endodontics. Orthodontics.

Team:

6 team members currently (actively hiring additional staff).

Assistants:

Rotating assistants—doctor will never work without support.

Operatories:

4 treatment rooms. 6 open-bay hygiene chairs.

Technology:

Open Dental EHR; limited specialty equipment due to the nature of pediatric care.
