The ideal doctor is personable, compassionate, confident, and an excellent communicator. Strong diagnostic and treatment-planning skills are especially important to us. Our approach to dentistry is comprehensive rather than "patchwork." We look at the patient's overall oral health, identify both immediate and long-term needs, and create thoughtful treatment plans that address the whole picture. Just as importantly, our doctors need to be able to communicate their findings clearly and help patients understand the importance and value of the treatment being recommended . Spanish fluency is strongly preferred , as a significant portion of our patient population is Spanish-speaking. Being able to communicate directly and comfortably with these patients is very important to us.

Clinical Experience & Mentorship:

You will not be working alone . Our associate will work alongside one of the owner dentists and will have access to hands-on mentorship in multiple areas of dentistry. We perform a very broad range of treatment in-house, including: Comprehensive restorative dentistry and treatment planning Endodontics, including molar root canals and selected retreatments Surgical and complex extractions, including impacted wisdom teeth Implant placement, including digitally planned guided surgery Implant restorations Cosmetic dentistry, including veneers and comprehensive crown cases Clear aligner therapy Digital restorative workflows Comprehensive full-mouth treatment Experience with these procedures is a plus, but we care just as much about finding the right person for our team .
