Job Description

Gentle Dental is looking for an Oral Surgeon to join our Southern California team, supporting patients at our Chula Vista practice one day per month . We are open to both W-2 employment and 1099 independent contractor arrangements , giving you flexibility to choose the structure that best fits your existing practice and professional goals. This opportunity is designed for an Oral Surgeon looking to add a consistent monthly day to their schedule while working alongside an established dental team.
The schedule includes:
1 day per month - Gentle Dental Chula Vista 520 Broadway, Suite 1 Chula Vista, CA 91910 At Gentle Dental, we believe doctors should have the autonomy to practice with confidence while having the support of a larger organization behind them. Our group-practice model is built to give clinicians the balance of clinical autonomy, operational support, and collaboration they need to focus on what matters most: providing excellent care to their patients. As an Oral Surgeon supporting our Chula Vista practice, you'll have the opportunity to build a relationship with an established team while helping us expand access to specialty care for patients in the community. Clinical autonomy and patient-centered treatment Operational and clinical support Collaboration across our dental teams Continuing education and professional development Building long-term relationships with our patients and communities 401(k) and additional pre-tax savings plan Continuing education credits Malpractice coverage Oral Surgeons are compensated based on a percentage of production, ranging from 45%-50% of production , depending on the provider arrangement and applicable terms.
