Full Job Description Position Overview:
Are you tired of Corporate dentistry? Available Part-time Associate position to develop into Full Time. We are seeking a long term Associate with future Ownership opportunities for the right candidate. We a private office that is well respected in our community. We are seeking a skilled and compassionate dentist to join our well established team. The ideal candidate must be passionate about patient care, committed to continuing education, and dedicated to promoting long-term dental health. Pay is based on % production. We will train and mentor for new graduates.
Responsibilities:
Perform routine and complex dental procedures, including exams, treat dental diseases, fillings, root canals, crowns, bridges and extractions. Diagnose and treat oral diseases and abnormalities. Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs. Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and preventive dental care. Supervise dental assistants and hygienists when necessary. Maintain accurate and compliant patient records.
Qualifications:
Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited institution. Current dental license in [State/Region]. Proven clinical experience and technical competency. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. A commitment to patient satisfaction and continuous professional development.
