Crescent City, CA Job Title :

General Dentist Private Established Practice seeking a General Dentist in our Crescent City, CA location, we are about 3 hours from Shasta Ca and 4 hours from Redding. Great community sought after. Located in a beautiful area for those who love nature and the outdoors, long coastal beaches, beautiful Redwood hiking trails and our amazingly clear Smith River for rafting and Kayaking We are expanding and currently building a brand-new facility what will feature 5 modern operatories. We are currently operating out of 2 operatories with a rotational schedule while we compete the expansion. Candidates must be willing to transition from the 12-hour shift we are currently with to a 8-hour shift, 40-hour week.

Compensation Offered:

Guaranteed Salary:

250K plus Incentives for every patient encounter add to your salary. Health Care Benefits for you and your family from day 1; 100% paid by employer Malpractice All Lab fees included. 401K plus match 4 weeks, PTO annual, holidays, vacation and sick leave Relocation assistance: up to 9000

• We will be transitioning to 12 hour days; negotiated with provider to 8 hour days (40 hours a week)

Job Duties:

• Determines dental requirements by working with patients.
• Perform examinations to assess patient needs.
• Perform General Dentistry procedures as diagnosed.
• Educate patients about improving and maintaining and promoting routine dental health care.
• Exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
• Problem solving.

Education and Experience:
