Monday-Friday | Full-Time Join Our Team! We are seeking a compassionate, skilled, and patient-focused General Dentist to join our growing community health center in El Monte. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive dental examinations and diagnose oral health conditions. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans. Provide preventive, restorative, and primary dental care. Refer patients to specialists when appropriate. Maintain accurate and timely electronic dental records and treatment documentation. Educate patients on oral hygiene, preventive care, and overall oral health. Ensure compliance with infection control, sterilization, OSHA, CDC, and all applicable state and federal regulations. Collaborate with dental assistants, hygienists, and support staff to provide exceptional patient care. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuing education. Work closely with clinic leadership to achieve patient care, productivity, and quality goals.
Qualifications Required:
DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school. Active California Dental License in good standing. Excellent clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to provide compassionate, patient-centered care.
Preferred:
Experience in a community health center, FQHC, or public health setting. Experience working with culturally diverse patient populations. Bilingual (English/Spanish/Farsi) is a plus.
