This role is ideal for a dentist who enjoys flexible scheduling, predictable monthly work, and providing essential care in a structured outpatient environment. PACE centers offer a collaborative, interdisciplinary model focused on keeping seniors independent and medically stable. As a backup provider, you will step in for scheduled and unscheduled coverage needs across multiple Bay Area PACE locations. PACE Center Locations You will provide coverage across the following PACE sites: Oakland, CA 94611 San Leandro, CA 94577 Livermore, CA 94551 El Sobrante, CA 94803 Oakland, CA 94605 Concord, CA 94520 Key Responsibilities Provide high‑quality general dentistry services to PACE participants Deliver compassionate, patient‑centered care aligned with CMC clinical standards Support primary dentists by covering scheduled and unscheduled gaps Maintain accurate and compliant clinical documentation Collaborate with onsite interdisciplinary teams to ensure smooth clinic flow
