to schedule appointments, manage client records, and process retail sales efficiently Provide expert advice on hair care, hair coloring, hair extensions, eyelash extensions, and nail care to enhance client results Upsell retail products like hair care items, grooming supplies, and accessories through effective client communication and retail math skills Manage front desk duties including greeting clients, answering inquiries, booking appointments, and ensuring a smooth flow of daily operations Mentor junior team members by sharing expertise in barbering techniques and customer service excellence Requirements Valid cosmetology or barbering license in accordance with state regulations Proven experience working in the beauty industry with a focus on barbering or men's grooming services Strong knowledge of haircutting techniques using straight razors, scissors, clippers, and other tools Familiarity with salon software such as
