Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Periodontist to join our dynamic dental team. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a upscale PPO dental practice that values innovation, quality dentistry , and exceptional patient outcomes. Location option- Morgan Hill or Campbell Compensation- % based Responsibilities Perform comprehensive periodontal examinations to assess gum health and diagnose periodontal diseases using dental terminology and medical imaging techniques. Develop personalized treatment plans for patients Conduct non-surgical treatments including scaling and root planning, as well as surgical procedures like flap surgery, bone grafts, extractions, implants, All on 4 dentures, tissue regeneration, wisdom teeth extractions. Utilize advanced dental software such as CBCT, Dentrix Ascend to document patient assessments, treatment plans, and medical records accurately while adhering to HIPAA and state healthcare regulations. Maintain strict infection control protocols using aseptic techniques and adhere to all OSHA standards for patient safety. Requirements Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree with specialized training in periodontology. Valid state dental license with certification to practice as a Periodontist.
