Associate Dentist | High-Earning FFS Practice Rare opportunity to join a thriving, fee-for-service practice with an established patient base, strong hygiene support, advanced technology, and significant earning potential from day one. Our modern, highly productive practice, Rancho Dental, is seeking an experienced Associate Dentist (5+ years) who is passionate about comprehensive dentistry and looking for a long-term clinical home. Practice Highlights $4M+ annual production 100% FFS — no PPOs, HMOs, or Medicaid 4,000+ active patients 20 hygiene days per week Nine operatories CBCT, iTero, and OverJet technology Collaborative and growth-oriented culture CE sponsorship and mentorship opportunities Compensation Guaranteed starting salary Monthly production-based commissions Strong long-term earning potential We are seeking a doctor who is: Proficient in patient communication Strong in practice management and case presentation Experienced in comprehensive general dentistry Confident building long-term patient relationships Preferred experience or interest in: Cosmetic dentistry Invisalign Dental sleep medicine Endodontics If you are looking for a high-quality practice with strong patient demand, clinical autonomy, and long-term growth opportunity, we would love to connect.
