Opportunity consists of : 2 thriving modern practices only 15 miles apart in desirable Santa Cruz County legacy " A " practices with strong reputation, high foot traffic, and combined production approaching $3M+ 13+ plumbed operatories across both locations with an average equipment age of 4-5 years. Full in-house lab with CEREC/Primescan milling for true same-day Emax crowns (as fast as 25 minutes from scan to cementation). Advanced technology, including Solea laser (used by doctors & hygienists), CBCT/3D imaging, intraoral cameras, digital radiography, and Dentrix Ascend with Weave integration. Exceptional long-tenured support team.
Full-scope restorative/prosthetic focus:
High-volume crowns/bridges, implants, laser procedures, comprehensive "ideal dentistry". : Primarily 4 days/week split across locations They are : : Beaches, redwoods, vibrant communities
