Develop treatment plans based on comprehensive healthcare diagnosis while complying with HIPAA and state healthcare regulations. Collaborate with team members to deliver four-handed dentistry for efficient patient flow and comfort. Communicate effectively with patients regarding their treatment options, procedures, and post-care instructions to ensure understanding and satisfaction. Maintain accurate medical documentation and dental records using practice management software such as Epic, Eaglesoft, or Dentrix. Perform dental procedures including implants, orthodontics, endodontics (root canals), oral surgery, and dental fabrication as needed. Follow infection control protocols and stay updated on the latest advancements in pediatric dentistry, anesthesia techniques, and dental technology. Qualifications Valid state license to practice dentistry with current credentials in good standing. Proven experience in general dentistry with proficiency in pediatric dentistry, oral surgery, endodontics, prosthodontics, orthodontics, and implant placement preferred. Familiarity with dental office software such as Epic, Eaglesoft or Dentrix for managing medical records and documentation. Strong knowledge of dental terminology, anatomy, medical imaging techniques, and infection control standards. Ability to communicate clearly with patients of all ages while demonstrating excellent client communication skills. Experience performing dental extractions, root canal therapy, dental implants, and other advanced procedures is highly desirable.
