Our Temecula dental office is looking for a Treatment Coordinator who can turn a diagnosis into a patient who says yes

• clearly, honestly, and without pressure. What you'll do:
• Present treatment plans to patients and walk them through what the doctor recommended, why it matters, and what it costs
• Verify insurance benefits and translate coverage into a number the patient actually understands
• Build financial arrangements using CareCredit and Sunbit, and coordinate payment options before treatment starts
• Own case acceptance: follow up on unscheduled treatment, re-engage patients who deferred, and keep the doctor's schedule productive
• Work alongside the clinical team so nothing gets lost between the operatory and the front desk
• Keep accurate records of every plan presented, accepted, and pending What we're looking for:
• 2+ years in a dental practice
• treatment coordination, front office, or a cross-trained assistant ready to move into the role
• Working knowledge of dental insurance: PPO plans, Medi-Cal Dental, and IEHP
• Comfortable talking about money without flinching, and honest when the answer is "here's what your plan won't cover"
• Familiar with dental practice management software
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a strong plus
• Genuinely warm with patients
