Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Dentist to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality dental care to patients, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction while promoting optimal oral health. This role requires expertise in various dental procedures, patient assessment, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of care in accordance with industry regulations. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive dental examinations and assessments to diagnose oral health issues. Perform a range of dental procedures including root canal therapy and preventive care. Utilize aseptic techniques to ensure patient safety during all procedures. Maintain accurate medical documentation and patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Collaborate with dental office staff to ensure efficient patient flow and high-quality service. Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and the importance of regular dental visits. Stay updated on advancements in dentistry and participate in continuing education opportunities. Utilize Eaglesoft software for patient management and medical coding as needed. Requirements Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution. Valid state dental license to practice dentistry. Proficiency in medical terminology and understanding of medical coding is preferred. Experience with patient assessment and treatment planning. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients and staff. Knowledge of current dental practices, technologies, and aseptic techniques.
