New fulltime Associate opportunity with an established, high-end, PPO and Fee for Service practice located in Parker, CO.

Our culture is "professional-fun" and while we offer the most outstanding patient care possible we do our best to enjoy our time working together. 4-day workweek: Tuesday- Friday. Thursdays and Fridays are reduced hours but still highly productive. You will enjoy a combination of complete autonomy but with mentorship and collaboration available to you throughout. You will be joining a multi-doctor group that own 2 locations. This particular location - you will be solo on days you are there. NO internal competition. Doctors average between $2,500 and $8k, per day, in billed revenue. Associates are paid on Adjusted Production. Initial compensation will include a daily minimum while you build up your production earnings.

Candidates:

Must have at least one year of post-training experience. GPR trained is desired but not required. Must be comfortable being the only doctor in the practice.

Skills:

Basic restorative, clear aligners, crown and bridge, anterior and premolar Endo, Implant Restoration, and limited Peds. All our doctors place implants. If you do not currently place implants you must be interested in adding this skill quickly upon arrival. We will mentor and train you. You can schedule shadow days with one of the partners and first-assist while also pursuing CE so that once you are ready you can hit the ground running. Must be comfortable being the only doctor in the practice. We are unable to sponsor visas. Pay:

$225,000.00 - $350,000.00 per year
