Excellent Benefits:
Newly hired Dentists will receive a $2,500 recruitment incentive upon successful training and completed credentialing, if they remain in good standing for six (6) consecutive months from their hire date (pro-rated). Newly hired Dentists will receive a $2,500 retention incentive upon remaining in good standing for twelve (12) consecutive months from their hire date (pro-rated).
